Phaser 8550 PDF Printing Issue

I have an 8550 DP which has worked well for me for a long time.  Recently it started printing all PDF files in a two page landscape format regardless of what I do in the set up menus.  The same file will print correctly when I send it to my Biz HUB.  I have updated the driver, but no change.

 

I also tried to download the CentreWare sfotware and could not do so.  Got an error message about Microsset WWW services or IIS service not installed.  Had previously installed CentreWare on other computers easily.  This computer is running Windows 7/64.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
