Our office printer (Phaser 8550) prints any yellow/orange color as a dingy brownish black. We've tried all the print quality functions. We've tried just ignoring it, printing as usual and buying fresh yellow ink to see if it was a problem with old ink. It just gets worse. Anything yellow/orange comes out dark and sometimes almost black. I didn't see any similar issues in the forum when I posted this. Any help or suggestions would be helpful. :smileyhappy:
