I've had my Phaser 8550 for many years and used it previously with my laptop, which is running Windows XP. I print a lot of invitations/stationery for a small business using MS Word to layout and print. I've printed thousands of items from my laptop to the Phaser with custom sized papers with minor hiccups. However, I have a much better desktop computer now with Windows 7 x64 and I cannot print to my Phaser from MS Word properly. I am not sure which driver I should be using or if there is a problem with MS Word (it's 2007) and the driver/printer? My laptop is on its last legs so I'm running out of time to resolve this . . . I need help. I have to be able to print custom-sized documents using the Phaser and my Windows 7 x64 desktop. Anyone with some solutions? Thanks!
