Phaser 8550DP paper mismatch

Wherever I set the guides it still comes up as a 3 x 5  index card loaded

Thank you I have done that but no matter where loaded set the guides on tray 1 it always indicates the 3 x 5 index card is loaded any ideas?

I am trying to print on a 6 X 9 envelope

However it keeps saying paper mismatch and indicates a 3 X 5 card is loaded but that is not true any help will be appreciated!
