Phaser 8560 Can't select tray 3 anymore

Hello,

 

Sorry for my english,

 

My printer works great but I can't select tray 3 since 2 days anymore.
It worked all fine but I selected 'Preprinted paper' in tray 3 but I changed it fast back to 'normal' because

everything worked fine,maby this created the problem.... No idea.

Got some pictures here:


Tray3 : is visible


Tray 3 : It's full of paper


At the right side you will see again, there is paper inside and its visible. The red circle shows that tray 3 is missing.....
few days ago the tray was visible in the illustration.

This illustrates the exact problem, I can't  select tray 3 anymore?

Tried serval things, removed all drivers (with printui  /s /t2) and removed all printers in regedit.
And reinstalled with windows update
Reinstalled with the driver om Xerox
Tried with usb cable

When I go to centerworks and set Tray 3 as default than I actually can print from tray 3....strange?
I realy hope someone can give me some new advice what I might can try....... Spending hours and hours on

this problem.

Easily fixed.

Start > Devices and Printers

Right click the printer and go to Printer Properties.

Go to the Configuration tab and change Paper trays to have One Extra tray

Thanks for your awnser! (sorry for my late reply, was very busy..)
Anyway, I tried your solution but I "Can't" click on that option.....

Change Automatisch (aanbevolen) to whatever the equivalent of Off is ;-)

 

Then click OK and when you go back in you will be able to select it.
