I found it! Windows 7 go to Devices and Printers... Right click on your Phaser printer. Go to the advanced tab and make sure your model number is correct (mine was Phaser8560N) if it is not scroll down and select the right printer. apply changes **** Most important ****Then go to the Options tab - you will see "write defaults to driver configuration" - enable this. You should see a second configuration under the first one - scroll down and select your printer and apply changes. This will give you all your options back though they are located and listed a little bit different with a couple of times of using you will get used to it. You can change the magenta, etc. All the old choices are there with a new look. !:smileywink: Merry Christmas and Happy computing
There is no image quality box anymore when I did the reinstall for Windows 7 and I have and intel processor and not MAC. Color and image controls are just gone.. I uploaded new driver and same thing. Tried to use my old disk but it goes online and gets the same new very limited driver
I am having the same problem and I am using Windows 7 on Intel Pc? The new tools has no print image quality or color setting changes. I need more control over the print job like I used to have. Tried everything I can think of any help appreciated:smileysad:
I have been using this Phaser for two years with a PC and have had excellent color. Just switched computer to a MAC and for some reason, I have no ability to color control anymore? I used to have color adjustments to add a bit of magenta, etc. to color documents I was printing... now, I can't find that same menu option in my print menu! Where did it go and how can I now get it back with my MAC?
Can anyone help??
Thanks.
