How can this error code (07:010:43:28240) be resolved?

The last number is the reason you can't find information.

The actual fault is just 07:010:43. The 28240 is the page count of when the fault occurred (You had to that point printed 28240 pages)

Thanks for that link! I did find that previously, but I wasn't sure because of the page count number.

The gear pack's mount is broken, so I'm trying to repair it. Thanks agian!
