I also just ran into this. I have 4 6 packs of ink that won't fit in the printer.
They have the little Xerox hologram on them, and list 8560 as one of the printer models they fit.
Did Xerox make a run of badly formed blocks?
I have a similar problem. I have OEM ink. However, it has somehow melted and lost its shape. The top and bottom will not fit. Can it be recast? Is there another way to load the ink?
I have recently aquired a Phaser 8560 and have just purchased my first set of replacment inks.
The problem although they are genuine Xerox products they dont fit through the hole in the printer.
Am I getting the wrong type?
The printer model outside says Phaser 8560
The yellow inks purchased were Xerox 108R00708 To suit 8550/8560/8560MFP
and I have had the same issue with Black
Where am I going wrong - Thanks
