Phaser 8560 Power Saver Timeout

Power Saver is disabled and the printer sits idle for long periods of time while powered on, the flat spots will develop at an accelerated rate. The clicking noise is created by flat spots

The 8560 has a one year warranty. Call 1-800-835-6100 and they will come out and fix it.

Most probably Power Supply defective.

Any ideas re why the printer would suddenly develop this fault

(i.e. "press any key to wake up" has no effect).

Is it likely to be a hardware fault.  Is there any remedy?

Is it possible to disable the Power Saver Timeout on the Phaser 8560

I've got mine set to 240 mins (max). Unfortunately after timeout it will not

wake up and has to be restarted.

Appreciate any suggestions or experience.
