No. I haven't been able to figure out the problem and solve it yet. Xerox has not been very helpful either.

The control panel with LCD screen was recently replaced. Previously, the printer was working but the screen was just simply blank. Right now, the screen may be blank when I turned on the printer right now but it does show something on the screen when I removed the SDRAM card. Also, this time, there's no warm up sequence.

When I turn on the printer, I get only solid red light. Screen is blank. Fan is working. Lights on the motherboard is blinking but no warm up sequence. This happened after the printer was not responding when I couldn't get it to wake up. Tried removing the RAM and the display showed 'No RAM' or something like that. Switch to another SDRAM and nothing works too. Any other ideas how to fix this?
