Phaser 8560 error

Hello SHES,

I have copied a link to the Phaser 8560 Knowledge Base and if you type "08,045.43" without the quotes, into the Fault Code Search field and then click on the first result, you'll see jam clearance instructions for this error code.  There are three different areas of the printer where a possible jam could be.  The KB article has step-by-step instructions as well as color photos to help you.  Once you have inspected all three areas for even the smallest bit of torn paper or maybe a sensor that got stuck and if you still can't print correctly, then please post back to the forum and we'll try to do more for you.

Hi there,

I have a Phaser 8560 with an error code 08,045.43:1516.

I hve carried a search out its saying a paper jam but no paper jam at all! Also it doesnt print the test page just spits a sheet with a 'wet' mark half way down the page.

Could it be the side roller?
