Phaser 8560 - genuine ink sticks from another region

Hi, if I am using a Xerox Phaser 8560 whose ink sticks have the following codes: 108R00723, 108R00724, 108R00725, 108R00727, could I safely load it with genuine Xerox ink sticks brought from Romania, with the following codes: 108R00764, 108R00765, 108R00766, 108R00768?

The shape of the sticks is a bit different, but if I will carve a notch on their lower base, they will probably fit the loading slots. Is it the same solid ink formula and the only difference is the shape of the sticks, or they ar ecompletely different and I will risk having problems with the printer by using them?

Thank you in advance for your reply,

Re: Phaser 8560 - genuine ink sticks from another region

Hey you!

You will risk damaging your printer if you do not use ink sticks for the exact model.

I remember we had a problem like this a while ago when the cyan ink stick was not the same, had to take it apart and clean the whole machine.

Best Regards

Kimzi
