Phaser 8560 paper jam (but no paper)

We're having an issue with our color printer. The error code insists a paper jam yet I've opened up all the panels with no paper found. Can anyone suggest some other methods to clear the error?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. What area does the machine indicate the jam is occuring?  Please consider searching for a solution at the online support for the Phaser 8560.
