It sounds like you have a partial ink stick jammed at the bottom of the ink loading bin. Try remove the ink sticks from the Cyan ink loading bin by following the procedure below. Hopefully, this is what is causing the issue and getting the stuck stick out will get you running again.
- Lift up the Control Panel.
- Open the Ink Cover.
- Insert a pen through the oval opening and try to gently push the Ink Stick towards the back of the machine and to the top of the ink-loading bin.
- When the Ink Stick is at the top of the ink-loading bin, press the pen into the Ink Stick, and then lift the stick out through the shaped opening.
- Discard the broken or partial Ink Stick as normal office waste.
NOTE: Broken or cracked Ink sticks should not be used in the system. They can become stuck in the ink-loading bin and cause damage to the Ink Loader Assembly. - When reloading the new ink stick (not a partial stick or a cracked stick) make sure the ink sticks are able to freely slide down the ink-loading bin. If necessary, wiggle the ink stick to allow the stick to slide freely in the bin.
If you remove all ink sticks and find that there is not a jammed ink stick or a partial ink stick causing the problem, then try adding just one full ink stick in the ink loader bin and see what happens. Please let me know if this resolves the issue.
