I have now added 3 new wax sticks (and I can see the first one is still there as well) so my chute is full of cyan, but the screen still says I need to add it. Any advice?
It sounds like you have a partial ink stick jammed at the bottom of the ink loading bin. Try remove the ink sticks from the Cyan ink loading bin by following the procedure below. Hopefully, this is what is causing the issue and getting the stuck stick out will get you running again.
If you remove all ink sticks and find that there is not a jammed ink stick or a partial ink stick causing the problem, then try adding just one full ink stick in the ink loader bin and see what happens. Please let me know if this resolves the issue.
The Xerox tech just showed up. I tried to get the partial one out myself several times last week, I just couldn't get it out without scratching up the ink block and it was getting shavings all in the machine.
