Phaser 8560 will no longer feed paper from the tray

No idea if this will help, but with my phaser 8560dn, I've gone thorugh a ram error, recurrent paper jams, and now have a low ink level im trying to bypass. Try opening the front (not top) cover. There will be another cover with a green triangle on the bottom right. Pop that up. There are grey rollers in there. Use compressed air over all of them. That's what got me from paper jam to low ink. Still not  printing, but maybe you have ink!

Please take a look at the solution for paper jams.  If cleaning or replacing the rollers does not help with the jams please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance. The code you are getting is a hardware error, if it does not clear by powering down the machine and turning it back on then you would need to contact your support centre for further assistance.

When i came from vacation back, our phaser 8560 in the office was not printing any more. My workmate said that the printer was printing thin lines and sometimes the printjob does not came to the printer. They switched the repair role on the side. After this the printer is not working anymore.

If there is a printjob, the printer tries to take a sheet but it gives a paperjam (tray 1 and 2). Error message: Paper jam open exit cover to clean. If there is no paper inside the following message is shown: cleaning sheet needed.

On the internet i saw some posts... Maybe the printhead is broken.. So i open the printer and extend the printhead. It is full of ink (on plate and on ?curcuit board? the green plate with plugs.

i cleaned most of it and i hope that was the problem for the lines. #

What do you think? Can you help me to find a solution? With the paper jam and the printhead.

I got another printer. same type... Error code: 07,010,43:93575

Printhead broken... It is easier to fix this problem or fix the problem from first printer? Or maybe build 1 printer out of 2 broken? Or the best: to get 2 working printer :)
