We own a phaser 856 here at the shop and have been having an awful time getting it to print coreectly. We've followed all of the tutorials on cleaning, jet substitution etc. We've replaced the maintenance kit and cleaned the excess tray as well...
Our last print, we turned the jet substitution off and the test page came out flawless. We ran the photo out next and as you can see, not so much.
