Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for enable the run black mode. This should let you print without the cyan.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Phaser 8560DN Black Only

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

My Phaser 8560DN just will not print black only. The cyan ink is out, and I want to just print black. I've clicked printing preferences and changed the output color to black only. Yet, every time I try and print it says the cyan ink is low. How do I bypass this?
