Phaser 8560MFP error code 08,055.44:90957

Hi

We've got an error code on our Phaser 8560MFP (08,055.44:90957). Reboot doesn't work and I can't find any solutions in the knowledge base.

Any ideas?

Heya!

The fault code means : 8,055.44 - The media path motor stalled while engaging head tilt

If possible do an NVRAM-reset and see if that works, if that does not work I would suggest you get an engineer to look at your printer.

thanks for your reply Kimzi.

I've tried that and after several reboots and system crashes the printer is up running again, wonder for how long...
