Phaser 8560MFP printing landscape upside down

What software do you use?

The printer will do this if its told to do so :)

Which means it's gotta be a setting in this application or something like that.

We have a Phaser 8560MFP that prints landscape jobs both right side up and upside down.

What i mean is:

On tray 3 we have preprinted certificate paper, so when we send a job to that tray from MS Word, it prints correctly, and then if we send a job to it from our other software, it prints upside down (rotated 180 degrees), with the top of the printing on the bottom of the paper, this would not be an issue it it was blank paper, but since it's preprinted paper, it needs to be the correct way.

Why would the printer print some jobs one way and some another way?
