In situations like this, I always recommend the Global Driver which has many fixes designed to fix small issues like this. The current version is 5.246.7.0 and was released about 3 weeks ago.

I downloaded PCL5 and PS drivers today and tried both. Right now I am using version 5.102.0.3N 2009.03.14 on my Win7 32 bit machine. We are also having the same issue with a 64 bit Win7 machine.

Do have some specifics on the version of the driver you're using? Currently we have PCL5, PS, and PCL6 drivers available for that machine. Also, are these 64 or 32 bit flavors of Windows7?

I'll assume this was working fine in Windows XP?

We have some Win7 machines that always sends a print job to pull from tray 1 even though I tell it to use tray 2. Have tried different drivers as well. Any ideas?
