Anyone else get the 99,011 code on one of the solid ink printers ?
Have a Phaser 8570 that has had a 99,011 Jetstack 1 code that has been tought to solve.
So far the Tech's have replaced the Ink Loader, Electrnic Module, Jetsctack Fuse and the Printhead.
Still have the 99,011 code.
Tried unplugging someof the parts to narrow down, and it just boots to the Xerox logo.
When all hooked up it will reboot a few times, then sho the 99,011 code.
We have other Xerox printers, so it hasn't been an issue to rush.
