I too have the very same issues with this machine and I've spent almost $1,000 with an authorized Xerox repair company and I have SEVEN repair tickets to prove it. Yesterday, I was on the verge of tears when they wanted to charge me AGAIN and the paper jam problem continues to persist this morning. I have read posts on this site that date years with photos and comments which match my issues. What gives Xerox? These are expensive machines and in my case used for a one-girl home office. This machine has been cared for and ONLY quality paper is always used fro my work. They ahve ordered new rollers and agreed to waive the installation. PLEASE, HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT ...... PLEASE?
