Hello,
I have a Phaser 8860 which is jamming paper continuously during the pickup point. Must open the front cover to remove the paper which is half way thru the pickup process. Other times it will end up having to be removed from the top access cover. Was able to get it to stop jamming and ran a cleaning sheet thru it and it worked fine for a bit, but started jamming again.
Any assistance or direction would be greatly appreciated.
Present count is 46000 sheets.
