If everything prints wrong, the driver is the problem.

If everything prints right except from one program, the application is the issue.

In this case it appears nothing prints right, so install the driver again. Make sure you choose the right one on Xerox.com, the driver for the 8860 and 8860MFP are not the same.

I have a printer that will only print color on certain PDF's, and when it does print those PDF's it prints them in booklet format, no matter what settings.  When I print from websites, excel, powerpoint, it won't print color.  Any ideas?  Thanks.
