Thank you for using the Support Forum. The Fault Code 07,009.42 shows as a printer error.  It does not give too much information.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Phaser 8860 error code 07,009.42:69155

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I just replaced my DMC on my phaser 8860.  It initializes and tries to print test page.  It jams and gets the error code

07,009.42:69155   .   What is this error pointing to?
