Update: the same goes for printing the profile and Preview image. That one won't print eather.

Update: Now the status led on the 7760GX flashed and the display panel reads busy recieving data but then quits. I've rebooted the Mac, same story. Any ideas?

Hi there,

 

I went great lengths to get my hands on a supported spectrophotometer that works with PhaserMatch 4. I picked one up tonight to finally calibrate my 7760GX properly. Hooked up the i1Pro, chose 'Spectrophotometer-based calibration' and gave a print order for the patches. Nothing happened. Tried several times: nothing happened.

 

Then I looked in the print logs and there it said 'printed' but nothig came out. No receiving light flashing on the 7760GX, just a 'printed' status in my print log. However, when I choose the option 'Visual Calibration' it prints an info sheet. I've tried PhaserMatch on different machines with the same outcome. So what's going on here? TIA

 

System: OSX 10.5.8, 10.6.8
