PhaserMatch 5.0 Crashes - XP & Mac

Hello,

 

we have problems with PhaserMatch 5.0. We have installed it with PhaserMeter on a Windows XP SP3 operating system and it always hangs on the user interface loading. We cannot understand why, beacuse the computer has the same configuration as another which on the other hand works perfectly.

I don't know if it could be usefull but these are the error details::

AppName: phasermatch.exe     AppVer: 5.0.0.9675     ModName: msvcr90.dll
ModVer: 9.0.30729.6161     Offset: 0003b9cc

 

On Mac 10.5.8 it crashes when through the various stages we click on print button so we cannot use it because everytime we restart it of course the calibration or profile chart does not correspond to the previously printed.

Are there fixes or there could be errors in our computer configurations?
