Phasermatch won't save profile on Mac 10.10.5 Yosemite

Just purchased a phaser 7800. It came with Phasermatch and a Phasermeter. Printing to it is fine. I want to profile and calibrate. Have read all the color patches but when I get to the end to save a profile I get "Error creating profile". I'm using a mac with 10.10.5.

Thanks.

Marty

Re: Phasermatch won't save profile on Mac 10.10.5 Yosemite

Hi martyevans,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Make sure that tyou have downloaded PhaserMatch 5.0.3 from Xerox.com. The version from the Disk is 5.0.0. Additionally please try the following:
1. Install the print queue with the Xerox Print Driver Installer (currently version 3.64.0)
2. Calibrate with Xerox PhaserMeter or a Supported Spectrophotometer
3. Create an ICC Profile using “Profile My Phaser 7800

If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Thanks for the help. I updated to 5.0.3 and tried again and it got to the point of generating the second set of color pages and it hung there. Ended up moving to a mac with 10.9 and it performed all the way to the end.
