Unfortunately I have had to return the printer to the supplier for a refund.
After two sessions on Team Viewer they were not able to resolve the issues.
When printing on a specialty stock, you need to make sure the paper in the tray and on the control panel matches EXACTLY to the paper in the print menu. Size, type, and orientation need to match EXACTLY.
I have tried differnt options such a LW Glossy but the printer won't print to a Glossy paper - loaded in tray 1 is A4 Xerox Colotech Supergloss 210g.
I have also tried Xerox A4 Colotech+ 120g but still prints ony if Plain type is selected in control panel.
The image quality is poor as well.
Any help would be much appreciated.
