Re: Plain vs Plain Reloaded A4 paper

Hello SavidM-MSI,

Plain reloaded just means paper that has been through the printer once before and may have some curl to it.  I would suggest changing the paper type from Plain Reloaded to Plain paper.  Both the job you are sending and the paper trays need to match, if they don't then this could be what is causing the issue.

If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797

Plain vs Plain Reloaded A4 paper

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi

We have 2 of these and are having problems with them *only* printing from the bypass tray. If the internal tray is full and bypass is empty, an error is generated and paper needs to be loaded in the bypass tray for the job to be printed.

Some of the post on this forum suggest the internal trays need to be set to 'palin' but in fact they are defaulted to 'Plain Reloaded'.

What is the difference and what is 'Plain Reloaded' for?

TiA

David
