I'm half way through printing two very urgent separate orders and my printer has stopped working! It first couldn't get past a jam (which I've checked as thoroughly as I can and can't see any paper stuck), so I thought turning it off for a while and letting it cool down would be a good idea. I've now turned it back on and it's coming up with the error code: 07,010.43:101339 can anyone help? I'm desparate as the enginners aren't open unti tomorrow and I must print these today :os
