we have xerox dc 12 (still :)) and splash rip

1. problem is blurred print on every kind of paper

2. if we print on extra heavy weight paper there is wrinkly issues - cannot print at all..

i am designer and know a little bit of servising so is there way that i fix that because its very urgent (big client) and certified servician is in another town...
