Plotting from non-networked Mac to 510DP on a network

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

The target machine is a Xerox 510DP wide format B/W plotter with FreeFlow Accxes (HP-GL/2). It is networked to a number of PC's running Windows.

The application runs only under MacOS (10.6.8) and the Mac computer cannot be directly connected to the network with the Xerox 510DP due to  the company's security regulations.

Is it possible to put a driver (which one?) on the Mac and plot the output to a file that can then be taken via flash drive or CD-ROM to a PC on the network with the Xerox 510DP for printing? If so, I would greatly appreciate directions. Thank you.
