Laser is the unit that forms the image on the drums. Here is the procedure to clean it.
Hi,
Be sure to clean the Laser windows and if still not work replace the transfer unit.

We have poor print quality for approx 1 inch on the right side of page - color fades/washes out.
We have changed the Drum/Imaging Unit
We have changed the Fuser
No improvement
Would a new Image Transfer Unit solve this problem?
