Re: Poor print quality

Hi,

It looks like the black developer housing is defective. Also the registration clutch.

Poor print quality

Product Name: WorkCentre 7232/7242
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi!

Is there any solution to this poor quality printing?

Which component causes this gray backgrounding?

I have cleaned the drum, and the ibt cleaner.
The fuser is clean.
The developer blade distance is about 0.75mm.
Is it possible, that the Black developer unit is too close to the ibt?

There is about 8mm misaligment when printing.

How can I calibrate this slip?

Many Thanks for answers!
