PostScript Error when printing from Acrobat pdf

Product Name: Xerox Versant 280 Press
Operating System: Apple iOS

Hello,

I am getting a postscript ps error when printing from Adobe Acrobat pdf to my Versant 280. Any suggestions as to why and how to fix this? Do I need to do a software update on my Versant? And how I do this?
