PowerEngage wont open on MacOs Big Sur

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

The title pretty much sums it up.

I download the installer, the application will install on the computer but will not open. 

Below is what shows in the Mac Logs:
