Pre printed forms not lining up precisely

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer

I have pre printed forms that I want to use in my printer, they have a lot of check boxes that I would like the printer to mark accordingly to my print file.

The check boxes are around 4*4 mm on a A5 size paper.

I tried to line up my print with the right check boxes in Microsoft Word, just to test if it was possible. First print when ok, second try went perfect, third print everything was shifted like 5 mm to the side…

Then I noticed that it’s not precisely where the printer print. Not noticeable on normal prints.

Can I improve the consistency of my prints when using forms? Different tray? Another settings? Another program?
