Hi drprint,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Have you tried all the steps in this solution for printing envelopes?  If it still errors, make sure you are choosing the correct size envelope in the program and the driver.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Print 6 x 9 Envelopes

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am trying to print a return address on a 6' x 9" envelope on a 700i digital press with built-in Fiery. I am using a Mac (OS 10.6.8) and have Command Workstation 5. I am using the bypass tray and can't get to print. It errors out telling me my envelopes are the wrong size or need to be rotated correctly. Help!
