Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try uninstalling the printer from your computer, reboot your computer and then install the latest driver from the support page for your printer.  If reinstalling the driver does not fix the issue please consider contacting support for additional assistance.

Print Job stuck at "PROCESSING"

Product Name: Xerox 7142 Wide Format
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

Hi

I have a Xerox 510DP wideformat printer with a HFT controller. When I try to print from computer or from the WEB PMT, the job reaches the printer but does not print and the printer gets stuck at "PROCESSING". Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
