If reinstalling the driver does not fix the issue please consider contacting support for additional assistance.

I have a Xerox 510DP wideformat printer with a HFT controller. When I try to print from computer or from the WEB PMT, the job reaches the printer but does not print and the printer gets stuck at "PROCESSING". Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
