Print Quality - Grey bar

Joe,

That was the first thing I tried and I got the same results.  The gray bar is still there on the right.  Didn't get any lighter or darker!!

I also went ahead and tried cleaning all the other colors as well as the black and still no change in the results.

It could be a bad cleaning of the Transfer Belt.

Take out the black toner, grab the cleaning rod from its left and use it to clean the LED window, then try another output

Have a Workcentre 6015 and the print outs come out fine but on the right side of the page there is a 1" grey bar that runs from top to bottom.  Its like it has been highlighted.  Attached is a sample of what I mean.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
