First off make sure you have the Xerox Print Experience installed. You don't see the full feature setup of the machine.

Print Server Tray Sellection

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

Hi there,

I add a shared printer to the print server and I set a specific tray in the Printing Preferences, but when the user connects to this printer he doesn't get the tray specified, but instead he gets "Paper Source: Automatically Select" and he is able to select whatever tray he wants. 

How can I make a specific shared printer to use a specific tray?
