Hello,

The print shadowing can be caused from a number of things:

  1. Imaging / Drum Unit is running low or is faulty
  2. Fuser Unit is faulty
  3. Not using the correct paper
  4. Fuser rollers needs cleaning

Print Shadowing

Product Name: VersaLink C400 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

When printing small numbers of pages, the print quality is fine. But when I start printing large numbers (upto 250 pages) I get shadow or echo prints on some of the pages (mainly on large bold type). It is becoming really frustrating.
