You can go into the Drivers and adjust the job ID.

Printers and devices> right click on the device> printing prefrences> job id (banner page location) you can select to label it on the first page or all pages.

this might not be excatly what you need but hope it helps.

Is there anyway for the printer to automatically add the Mac and Windows username of the person who sent the print job to the printout's footer?
