If you are printing by fiery print driver
Go to layout and make sure the scaling option is set to 100% .
And if you are print a PDF file
Make sure that the option under page scaling &Handling is set to Actual size

Print area not full page

Product Name: Xerox Color C60/C70
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

Printer: Xerox EX C60-C70 Printer EU

When sending a print job the print area is not correct, see left side of photo.

My initial thoughts are page alignment or booklet is enabled, but its not, settings are basic defaults.  We dont do much more than basic printing in the office.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
