Print as image problems

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Is there any reason when print as image is chosen in Acrobat X, Win2000 that images drawings etc would be broken into blocks? Yet sending the default way this does not happen but we do get "....cannot extract font..." and only a few of the hundred pages are printed.

DC8002 w/DOCUSP front end
