Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please see the solution in this forum post. I know it is not exactly your issue but it may help with the issue you are seeing. If that does not help try these steps to print the document as an image.
Open the PDF document to be printed in the Adobe Acrobat application on the workstation.
Click on [File] on the toolbar, and then select [Print]. The Print window will be displayed.
Click on the [Advanced] button.
Click on the [Print as Image] check box .
Click [OK] twice to print the document.
