I'm not familier with this printer but have you looked at the printer web page Jobs Tab? If it has a job log, many times the log will help you determine what is happening.
Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately my local support team was the one pointing this forum as a place-to-go in terms of finding proper solution. They said they have no idea how to solve the problem..

It's horrible because I have no clue why is that. Official Xerox support says they have no idea why it works that way. Ive send them conf file, they confirmed that the firmware is the newest one..
any ideas? I have added the printer to both laptops using xerox installer.. the energy saving feature is disabled.
