Currently our networked C500DN is experiencing issues when being sent certain files for print. I have tried from multiple users/machines and files over a certain size succesfully send but then get stuck in the print queue. The status seems to cycle between spooling/printing but never actually prints the document. Today the updated Xerox Global Print Driver was installed to see if this would remedy the issue.
I would appreciate any advice and suggestions or what the cause of the issue is and how to solve it to allow these documents to print. I would attach a sample document but they're sensitive, so can't provide something for reference. For clarity these are technical diagrams in PDF format.
